College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA in Brcko District BiH was founded by the Local Business Initiatives Foundation Brcko District BiH and Ljubljana School of Business Slovenia.

Dear students and parents,
In each society all higher education institutions are academic communities of the free individuals - teachers, researchers and student and they are the most progressive part of the society. The aim of College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA is demonstration of human power, potential and vision based on preconceived, educational, scientific, research based and global principles. We are trying to increase competitiveness in the environment by linking business with science and education through acquirement of IT knowledge and skills.
Dual Slovenian-BiH degree, scientific knowledge and skills, as well as education in the field of acknowledged industry certification will enable our graduates to choose an employment in BiH, regional countries, EU countries and worldwide.
We educate students for the most sought after occupations in the job market. 90% of our graduates are employed in the profession, a significant number of them are employed by IT companies where they have conducted industrial practice, and also a significant number of them work for foreign IT companies. Some of our graduates continued their second cycle studies.
eMPIRICA in Erasmus + Trans2Work project

College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA is selected to participate in a Erasmus + project titled Trans2Work - School-to-Work Transition for Higher education students with disabilities in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro, realised within Key Action 2 for Capacity Building and it will last 3 years (2015-2018).
The Trans2Work project is designed as a complementary with “Equal Access for All -Strengthening the Social Dimension for a Stronger European Higher Education Area” (EquiED) in SR and “Support and Inclusion of SwDs at Higher Education in Montenegro” (SINC@HE) in ME and “Equal Opportunities for Students With Special Needs in Higher Education” (EQOPP) in BiH.
The Trans2Work project is designed to:
(a) Upgrade and prepare HEIs services to support SwD to their transition from HE to Work following the EU policies,
(b) Link Higher Education to “disability friendly” work environments,
(c) Assimilate transition opportunities and skills with EU practices and policies and
(d) To prepare employers on understanding the needs of employees with disabilities in order to offer new job.
The main target groups of the project will be:
- Individuals with disabilities
- Enterprises offering work to individuals with disabilities
- Governmental organizations and policy makers for education and training of SwDs
- Academic community (Universities, Schools, Rehabilitation Institutes)
The proposed project will lead to the creation of an accessible data base, which will be designed to specifically accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities and their employment. Employers will identify positions that are open and available for individuals with disabilities.
