College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA is selected to participate in a Erasmus + project titled Trans2Work - School-to-Work Transition for Higher education students with disabilities in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro, realised within Key Action 2 for Capacity Building and it will last 3 years (2015-2018).
The Trans2Work project is designed as a complementary with “Equal Access for All -Strengthening the Social Dimension for a Stronger European Higher Education Area” (EquiED) in SR and “Support and Inclusion of SwDs at Higher Education in Montenegro” (SINC@HE) in ME and “Equal Opportunities for Students With Special Needs in Higher Education” (EQOPP) in BiH.
The Trans2Work project is designed to:
(a) Upgrade and prepare HEIs services to support SwD to their transition from HE to Work following the EU policies,
(b) Link Higher Education to “disability friendly” work environments,
(c) Assimilate transition opportunities and skills with EU practices and policies and
(d) To prepare employers on understanding the needs of employees with disabilities in order to offer new job.

The proposed project will lead to the creation of an accessible data base, which will be designed to specifically accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities and their employment. Employers will identify positions that are open and available for individuals with disabilities.
